Q. Who can order from the website?
A. Anyone may order from our website. Pricing displayed is retail. We also supply to health professionals including physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists, school and sporting clubs. Please follow the prompts on the home page to register as a wholesale customer. Once this registration has been completed, you will be able to access the professional section of our website.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Sending your goods to you in a timely and efficient manner is our priority. We prioritise the processing, picking, checking and packing of orders according to the time and date we receive them. Most items are despatched within 24 hours from our Melbourne Warehouse. Please allow up to four days to receive your order.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A. No. We can only deliver to a physical address, and someone must be available to receive the goods upon delivery.
Q. What happens if the item is out of stock?
A. We stock a huge range of sports medical supplies that we source from suppliers within Australia and overseas. We carry significant inventory however sometimes products become unavailable for a short period due manufacturing problems or delays in international transport. Therefore, if we are unable to complete your order due to a product shortage, the relevant products will be backordered for you. Notations will be made on your invoice detailing the backordered products. If your entire order is unavailable we will contact you to advise you of this and where possible suggest alternative products that may be available.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment for website orders. If you have a wholesale account with us you will also have the option to place the charge on your credit account. Your invoice and receipt will be included in the package when we dispatch your order.
Q. Will you take a cheque as payment?
A. Yes. Once we receive your cheque your order will be dispatched. You may also make payment directly into our bank account. Our bank details can be found on the How to Order section of the website.
Q. Do you a have a catalogue?
A. If you have a professional account with us, you may request a copy of our full product catalogue. We do not have a retail catalogue currently, but all product information is available on our website.
Q. How can I place an order?

Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. Please refer to the size charts provided with each product. If you are unsure please contact us for further information.
Q. What if I order the wrong size or product?
A. Not a problem. You may return the product as long as it is in new condition with all original packaging for a replacement. Please note you will be required to return the product (at your expense) before we will replace the goods. You will also be charged another freight fee to get the replacement product to you.
Q. My product is faulty
A. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us to advise of this as soon as you receive your order. We will arrange a replacement of your order.
Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver Australia wide.
Q. What are your freight Charges?
A. We have one set freight fee of $14.25 anywhere in Australia. Please note, very occasionally we may have a freight surcharge for oversized orders (ie manipulation tables). We will always contact you to advise you of this before we process your order.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes. If you are a health professional you may be eligible for a wholesale account. Please contact us for more information.
