How to Order

Ordering Online

Browsing Products

On the left hand side of the screen we have a section called Online Products and Services. This is our full catalogue of online products. To browse products simply click on the category that interests you and scroll through the items. Most products are broken up into sub categories to make it easier to search specifically for what you need. Once you find the product you are looking for, you can then add it to your shopping cart or view further information on that product.

Product Search

To search for a specific item you can use the "Search Products" field. Simply click on the search box and enter any of the following pieces of information: product code, product name, manufacturer name or product description. Then hit the search button.

A list of items that match your search criteria will then be displayed.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart

Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button and the item will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

Viewing Your Shopping Cart

To view your shopping cart click on "View Cart" at the top of the screen. Here you will be able to view all of the products you have added to the cart, as well as a sub total for the order.

Removing Items from your Shopping Cart

To remove an item from your shopping cart simply click on the X next to the item you want to remove. It will automatically be removed from your cart.

Editing Items in your Cart

If you would like to increase or decrease the quantity of a product in your shopping cart simply enter the amount wanted into the "Quantity" field next to the product. Then click the "Recalculate Order" button to update the cart and the sub total.

Clearing the Shopping Cart

At any stage you can click the "Clear Cart" button to totally remove all of the items from your shopping cart.

Proceed to Checkout

When you have finished browsing products and are ready to finalise your purchase, you may proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Check Out" button. At this point you still also have the option to modify your order before payment is processed.

Backorders

Occasionally orders may be delivered listing a backorder. If this backorder is an urgent product please contact us immediately for an eta or for advice on an alternative option. Our customer service team will do our best to always find an equally suitable product for you. If the entire order is placed on backorder we will contact you to advise you of this.

Placing an Order by Fax

Fax orders may be sent to us on (03) 9417 7419. Please make sure your contact details are on your order so that we can call you to confirm the details of your order.

Wholesale Accounts

Clubs, Practitioners, Schools and other approved organisations may be eligible for a credit account with Club Warehouse. Wholesale accounts offer pricing discounts as well as bulk buy discounts and monthly specials. To set up a wholesale account click on the following link, fill in and return the form to us. We will then be in contact shortly to advise you if your account has been approved.

Wholesale Login on the Club Warehouse Website

If you already hold a trading account with Club Warehouse you can now also login to our website and view your wholesale pricing. Simply click on the "Register" tab at the top of the page and complete the registration form with your account details.

There are many advantages to placing your order online and the bonus is you can place your order anytime 24/7. You can also:

Manage your account details online
Create multiple delivery addresses
Browse products and place orders and still receive your own specific pricing
Create and manage favourite products
View previous orders, making searching for favourite products easy. This is also a useful tool for re-ordering of standard purchases.
View news, specials, and more discounts

Delivery

All orders are processed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of gst.

Australia

Our standard delivery fee is $14.25 Australian dollars. Your order will be charged in Australian dollars at the prices listed on this website. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. Very occasionally in instances when an order is oversized, an order may incur an extra freight fee. We will always contact you in this circumstance before processing the order. You will then have the option to continue or cancel the order. We will never charge your credit card until the goods are ready to leave our warehouse.

International

At this point in time we unfortunately do not ship any orders overseas via our website. Please email websiteorders@clubwarehouse.com.au for individual requests to see if we can accommodate your order to be delivered to a country other than Australia.

Our returns procedure is as follows-

1. Contact us on (03) 8413 3100 to advise one of our staff of your return and the reason.

2. Include a copy of the tax invoice that accompanied the goods when you received them.

3. Make sure the item being returned is in new condition (unless faulty) and that you include ALL of the original packaging.

4. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Shop. Goods are returned to Club Warehouse at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.

Please note all returns must be notified with 10 days of the invoice date, unless the item is faulty. In this circumstance credits will be assessed individually based on the manufacturers warranty period.

We do accept cheques from Australian customers.
Note that your order will be dispatched when we receive your cheque.
