How to Use
Pickle Juice can be consumed prior to exercise in order to
load up on electrolytes to help maintain adequate hydration. To assist in
preventing muscle cramps, Pickle Juice should be consumed at the first sign of
cramping. 240ml Pickle Juice is recommended to consume prior to or during
exercise to prevent muscle cramps from occurring. As a general guide, 60mls to
80mls per drink will be sufficient to fix your muscle cramp.
