The Wristoform combines a firm wrist stay on the palmar side with a mouldable thermoplastic insert in a dorsal pocket to provide a high degree of comfort while immobilizing the wrist.
Indications
�·         Post scaphoid fractures, tendonitis, epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome
�·         General
instabilities or hyperextension problems of the wrist
Results
Provides high degree of stabilization of the wrist by means of an anatomically
preformed volar splint as well as an integrated thermoplastic dorsal splint
Features and Benefits
�·         Includes a dynamic plastic splint (firm) on the volar side plus a thermoplastic reinforcement on the dorsal side
�·         The thermoplastic insert is heat mouldable, using hot water, to individually shape the orthosis enabling a precise fit, maximum comfort and support
�·         The thermoplastic insert is held in a pocket and can be removed to change from a high degree of stabilization to a high degree of support
