Agreement to be bound by Terms
It is a condition of use of this site that Users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By registering to use this site Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

Privacy and Storage of your personal information
It is necessary for the Owner to capture information about you in order to provide the services offered through this website. The use of the information and your rights in respect of it is set out in the Privacy Statement on this Website.

Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an "invitation to treat" rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Material on this site is all the copyright of the Owner or the Service Provider and the copying or use of this information is not permitted unless prior written permission is received from the site owner.

Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using:

  • payment pages which comply with the Industry standard and use TSL 1.0 (SSL 3.0)

  • secure SSL tunnel to connect to the payment gateway

Freight Terms & Conditions* 
eParcel is standard method of delivery for all orders.

  • Cost: $14.00 includes GST
  • Trackable: Yes, the eParcel system will send you an email with a tracking number
  • Delivery time: 3 to 7 working days   (3-4 days for most capital cities)

Express Option

  • Express Courier
  • Cost: $22.00 includes GST
  • Trackable: Yes
  • Delivery Time: 1 -3 working days (1-2 days capital cities)

*Cut off Time for same day order processing is: 1pm

(Your order must be placed by 1pm to ensure it makes the end of day freight pick up)

Please also be aware a signature is needed for Express delivery. If no-one is at the address to provide a signature the
order may take longer and a $40 redelivery fee may apply. Express deliveries cannot be to a PO Box.

*Both freight methods delivery times are estimated by the courier companies. Please be aware due to unforeseen circumstances delivery times may be extended.

*Bulky orders may attract additional freight charges

It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can effect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

I indemnify Club Warehouse against any claim for loss and / or damage relating to any freight item so left.

Returns and Refund Policy

Club Warehouse abide by the Consumer Guarantees, Warranties and Refunds policy of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). If you have a problem with your order we require you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased meet the following criteria:

  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
  • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.

Braces and compression/recovery products are not returnable or exchangeable

Club Warehouse will also agree to exchange products where the customer has ordered the incorrect product. The customer must return the goods at their cost in accordance with our goods return policy and reorder the correct product through the website shopping cart. Club Warehouse reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in some circumstances and at the discretion of Club Warehouse. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be provided once the goods have been returned and inspected.

Club Warehouse will exchange or refund a product that meets the above return and refund requirements. You are required to contact the Club Warehouse customer service on 03 95509600 to obtain a return authorisation number (RA) and you must return the product in its original condition together with a copy of the proof of purchase. Please display the RA number on the outside of the return packaging

Defective products will be either repaired or replaced with the original product purchased, however if this is not able to be done a full refund will be provided. The manufacturers warranty for products will apply.

You are not entitled to a refund when you:

  • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
  • Choose the incorrect size and/or colour;
  • Were responsible for causing the fault or defect.
