Lomotil is a combination medicine used along with other
measures for the treatment of acute or chronic diarrhoea. Lomotil contains
diphenoxylate hydrochloride and atropine sulfate along with other ingredients.
The diphenoxylate reduces diarrhoea by slowing down the movements of the
intestines.
