Standard Shipping:

Express Shipping:

  • Trackable via consignment number provided to your preferred email on despatch
  • Delivery timeframe 1-3 business days subject to location

Click and Collect:

  • Select 'Click & Collect' freight method at checkout
  • Await shipment confirmation email notification confirming your order is ready to collect
  • Present the shipment confirmation email when collecting your order

Additional Fees:

Residential, Bulky and Redelivery fee charges may apply after the time of placing the order.

Order Processing Information:

Allow 2 (two) business days for order processing. A shipment notification will be sent to your nominated email once despatched.

Delivery times are based on estimates of courier companies, please be aware that for unforeseen circumstances delays may occur.

Authority to leave.

If authorisation to leave (ATL) is provided, permission is granted for the courier to leave the delivery in a safe space. When ATL is given, we cannot guarantee your package will not suffer any damage or adverse weather conditions following delivery. We are only able to guarantee delivery and quality up until the point where the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you. Club Warehouse does not hold any liability for any claim of loss or damage arising from any freight item delivered with ATL.

Please be aware that some couriers observe the right to leave parcels at their discretion.

Returns and Refunds:

Club Warehouse abide by the Consumer Guarantees, Warranties and Refunds policy of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation from the Club Warehouse team.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange, or repair if the goods you purchased meet the following criteria:

  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
  • Are different from the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.

If the wrong item is ordered, Club Warehouse may agree to exchange or return for credit. The customer is required to return the items at their expense in accordance with our returns policy and reorder the appropriate item. At Club Warehouse's sole discretion, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to items ordered in error or return due to change of mind. Refunds will be reduced by the restocking fee. The goods will be returned and inspected before the refund is given.

Defective products will be either repaired or replaced with the original product purchased, however if this is not able to be done a full refund will be provided. The manufacturer’s warranty for products will apply.

You are not entitled to a refund when:

  • Product or Packaging damage caused by the user.
  • Obvious signs of wear and general usage
  • Braces, orthotics, and compression/recovery products are not returnable or exchangeable once removed from original packaging
