Tip Number 1: Stay Calm
In a medical emergency, it's important to stay calm and assess the situation. This will help you make clear, rational decisions and provide the best care possible.

Tip Number 2: Prepare a First Aid Kit
Having a well-stocked first aid kit on hand can be a lifesaver in an emergency. It should include items such as sterile bandages, adhesive tape, gauze pads, and antiseptic wipes.

Tip Number 3: Know CPR
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique that can help restore a person's breathing and heartbeat. It's important to take a CPR course and refresh your skills regularly.

Tip Number 4: Familiarise Yourself with Common Injuries
Knowing how to recognize and respond to common injuries such as cuts, burns, and fractures can help you provide the right care in an emergency.

Tip Number 5: Seek Professional Medical Help
In serious emergencies, it's important to seek professional medical help as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to call emergency services if someone's life is in danger.
