Key features to the exciting changes for this 1st stage include:
Improved product ranges and selection, including over 2000 new items.
Easier selection for products that have variable quantity options.
Improved navigation features
More product images to assist with product selection. Further images will be uploaded over the coming weeks
Integration with new POS system to facilitate faster order processing
Customers that normally take advantage of favourites to assist with their product selection will notice changes to the product codes.
There will be a need to amend your favourites for certain items that have variable quantity options, such as strapping tapes, which will now have multiple selection choices for individual rolls, tubes, boxes and cartons.
ONLINE ORDERS PICK UP NO LONGER AVAILABLE
We have implemented a new system for the processing, handling & despatch of all online orders.
The pickup of online orders for customers that do not have a Club Warehouse trading account will no longer be available.
We hope you like our improvements, and the next exciting stage of the upgrade is coming very soon.
Please Note: We have experienced a few difficulties with the 1st stage of our upgrade. You may notice that there may be a few items listed without a price. We are trying to rectify this issue. Please ring our website customer service on 03 84133120 if you would like to place an order for one of these items showing $0.00 and we will amend the item. Any orders paid through securepay including items listed at $0.00 will not be actioned. Please contact our customer service to rectify your order in these circumstances.
